Stephanie Blake
A born and raised Miamian with a lifelong passion for art and music, Stephanie developed her creative eye through six years of training at specialized arts academies, focusing on interior design before graduating with honors from Florida International University. She then spent a decade directing professional culinary kitchens, an intense environment that instilled a permanent respect for spatial efficiency, timing, and functional layouts. Today, she channels this unique structural discipline and her eight years of design experience into creating classic, relaxed, and enduring spaces for permanent residents and seasonal condo owners alike.

She founded The Limitless Designer to bring absolute accountability to the remodeling process after her own renovation nightmare in Naples, where an unorganized contractor left her without a kitchen for ten months. Understanding how stressful a remodel can feel, she prioritizes complete accessibility, guiding clients step by step through every design and construction phase. To Stephanie, exceptional design is an honest collaboration that translates your daily routines and personal tastes into a meticulously crafted home built to stand the test of time.

Luis Fajardo
Luis serves as the operational anchor for every renovation, bringing more than fifteen years of experience as a master carpenter and comprehensive remodeling expert to your property. Having personally directed the successful completion of over 260 kitchens and 300 bathrooms, he is widely recognized by clients for his calm presence and meticulous attention to structural integrity.
While Stephanie shapes the visual and layout concepts, Luis directs the physical construction phases in person, ensuring that nothing happens on site without his direct oversight. As a father of three, he brings a highly practical understanding to how residential spaces must perform daily, verifying that your structural finishes meet the real demands of family life and seasonal travel.
